‘Slender’ is an original piece of mixed media art by figurative artist, Sarah Scotchman.
‘Slender’ was created using enamel & glow in the dark pigments on a sheet of acrylic which has been hand gilded in metal leaf & varnished.
The acrylic sheet has been float mounted onto black mount board which has also been hand finished with glow in the dark pigments.
Sarah Scotchman loves to experiment with new background ideas and printing finishes, taking a realist fine art idea to a whole new level. Although the medium used creates a strong image the softness of the female form can still be experienced in her work.
This piece is framed in a black lacquer frame and is signed by the artist.
