This new collection sees Simon moving away from his known print and collage work and delving into a more real and raw painterly finish. These works are inspired very much on what is happening around us today, climate change, our environment, people freely speaking their minds, speaking up and speaking out. There is a presence of Simon’s signature images such as the Bee and the stick like men whilst introducing new elements such as the flowers.

These works also incorporate new processes, Simon has etched into the board and used inks to soak into the grooves, creating an etching style finish on acrylic and oil pastel.
