Dom Pattinson | Artist to the Stars

George Clooney commissioned a piece of his work as a wedding present for Brad and Angelina. Liam Gallagher has long been a fan. Now, Dom Pattinson has been commissioned, by Victoria Beckham, to create a piece, following on from her speech at the UN convention on HIV. Barbed Wire Love was revealed to the public towards the end of 2015.

Soo Turner discovered Dom Pattinson in 2009 when he was selling his work in his home county of Suffolk. In 2011 Turner Barnes Gallery put on the solo show Kiss My Art…Because I’m Going Global. Dom has gone from strength to strength since and now enjoys permanent representation by galleries in New York and London.

Dom’s raw style of urban art stands out amongst the Graffiti Art Movement because the original Art by Dom is created on the canvas. The result is a piece of work that can be hung on your wall at home, unlike most urban art today which is only able to be appreciated on a wall in a public area.

Turner Barnes Gallery have an exclusive selection of some rare artist’s proofs of his work, as well as publishing a collection of limited edition prints which are all hand-finished by Dom, making each one unique.
