Sean Hill is a self taught artist, born in Scotland and currently residing in Essex. He is emerging into the art scene with a new concept and new direction to his art. Having worked within the art world for 20 years, Sean has always experimented with drawing in his spare time. Now in his forties his passion for his art has grown and he has found himself working on a body of work that has resulted in him experimenting with different materials, mediums and finishes.
Being a practical man, a perfectionist at heart he has worked tirelessly to evolve the techniques which he now uses in his abstract pieces of art.
Combining his fascination of bright colour with gold and metal leaf, with a perfect resin finish, the panels are created in colour formations.
Sean’s latest works have been influenced by his experiences of native Australian art forms but also the modern day artists such as Dan Baldwin.
